Suggested Use: Pull of the lid, ush the jar top in to dispense 1 measured amount of cream (about the size of a tiny pea). Wipe cream from lid with fingers and apply directly to skin around lymph nodes closest to your region of concern. Gently rub in with fingers until fully absorbed into the skin. Do this twice a day (morning and evening) for at least 2-3 months or until issue is resolved. This cream can also be used in the same way as an anti-aging facial skin cream applied to the facial area (avoiding the eyes) for cosmetic purposes.

For the spray: shake well and spray into mouth one time a day.
