What is a virtual video visit?
A live, face-to-face appointment with one of our doctors over a secure video connection. Join from your computer, tablet, or phone—anywhere with a private space and a solid internet connection.
What do I need for my telehealth appointment?
A device with a camera and microphone, reliable internet, and a quiet, private room. Have your current medications and supplements written down, plus any recent lab results you want us to review.
Can new patients start with a virtual visit?
Yes. Many of our patients start with telehealth. Request an appointment and we'll send your new patient paperwork and a secure video link.
Can I get functional lab testing if I don't live near Novi, MI?
Yes. Hair tissue mineral analysis, stool and gut microbiome panels, and saliva hormone tests are done at home with kits we ship to you. Blood work is never shipped to your home—you get your blood drawn at a LabCorp patient service center near you. LabCorp has locations nationwide. Then we go over every result together on video.
Can I receive chiropractic adjustments through telehealth?
No. Adjustments and Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA) are hands-on, and they happen in our Novi office. Virtual visits cover functional medicine, nutrition, lab review, and lifestyle—the foundation your whole body runs on, spine included.
How do I receive my supplements?
We ship your supplement protocol straight to your door through our online store. U.S. orders over $175 ship free.
Do you see patients outside Michigan and the United States?
Yes. We work with patients across the U.S., Canada, Australia, the U.K., and around the world.
Does insurance cover telehealth visits?
Virtual visits are self-pay; we can provide a receipt for you to submit to your HSA/FSA.
